Soyuz Landing
With the landing of a Soyuz capsule tomorrow morning, I thought people might be interested in the particulars about these spacecraft. The Soyuz capsules land on, well, land. On the Kazakhstan steppes to be exact. They use parachutes to slow down the descent and special seats inside the capsule to absorb the landing shock. Check out NASAs information page on the Soyuz spacecraft.
