Nicole Stott, mission specialist STS-133, has been in Baikonur observing Ron Garan's preparations and launch to ISS. She posted one of the best photos I've seen so far of the launch.

This evening at 7:18 p.m. EDT, the Soyuz TMA-21 "Gagarin" will dock with ISS, bringing the ISS Expedition 27 Crew to full strength of 6.
